External Bursaries
If your family lives in a remote area or faces other barriers to achieving at school, you can apply for funding administered by the Ministry of Education to grant your child the opportunity to board and focus on their studies.

Matauranga Secondary Scholarships
- Maori Education Trust Boarding Scholarship for Maori boarding students with demonstrated financial need, academic ability and aptitude who are enrolled at a secondary boarding school.
- Maori EducationTrust Years 10-13 Scholarship for Years 10 to 13 Maori students with demonstrated financial need.
- Ti Maru Maori Trust Secondary Boarding Scholarship for Year 9 Maori students with demonstrated financial need, academic ability and aptitude who are enrolled at a secondary boarding school.
